Many of our competitors claim that their units operate on a full 12 volts of power. However, their own published specifications for these "12V" units state that they operate on six (6) standard 'D' cell batteries. Yes, they confusingly supply a 12V AC adapter with their units, but internally the units obviously only operate on nine (9) volts. "With Tone-A-Matic, the picture of each individual unit is a representation of what you will receive with your order. Other companies will show you picture of a unit but you will receive a cheaper version with your order."

AND IT'S TOTALLY MISLEADING
"We offer carbon flex electrodes with all our units. they last longer and are very effective. We also have adhesive pads as extra for those who need them."

THEY TAKE THE FRAUD ONE STEP FURTHER BY INCLUDING A 12 OR 15 VOLT ADAPTER IN AN ATTEMPT TO PROVE TO YOU THAT THESE ARE 15 VOLT SYSTEMS BUT IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE. IN FACT THEIR OVERSIZED ADAPTERS OFTEN RESULT IN A PREMATURE BURN OUT AND SHORTENED LIFE OF THEIR UNITS. THIS IS WHY THEY CANNOT COMPETE WITH OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY.
