Payment Methods

StimRx accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and PayPal.HSA and FSA are acceptable ONLY if you purchase via our listing on Amazon.

Special Offers & Promotions

StimRx will occasionally run special offers and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, simply enter your promotion code at the time of check out, prior to payment.

Sales Tax 

StimRx charges all applicable and required sales tax. Taxes will be added to your order at the time your payment is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

All of our units are carefully wrapped and boxed to insure your unit arrives in perfect condition.

StimRx delivers to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). We ship exclusively with UPS; Small accessories are shipped USPS 4-5 business days.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

All International Orders will be charged a $120 Shipping Fee

Orders Shipping to Canada.Hawaii, and Alaska will incur a $30 Shipping Fee


Cutoff Time for Expedited Orders

2 Business Day and Next Business Day orders must be received by 3pm EST Monday through  Friday. Available on in-stock items only.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are the only stimulator company to offer a unrestricted 30-day money back guarantee on all of our EMS units. If you are not completely satisfied with your EMS unit purchase you may return it to us for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping on all products.

Return Service Fees

Units returned require a 15% restocking fee. Please understand that when a product is returned, quite a lot of work goes into the return process, and this service fee allows us to keep our retail costs low, and our quality of service levels very high. The good news is that less than 2% of our products are returned. Our customers love our muscle stimulators. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for warranty and service outside of 30 days.


If you would like to return an item you ordered, please email support@flextoneusa.com for a return authorization number and return instructions. If you return any item(s), please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 1 week for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account.


If you exchange item(s), please return the item(s) using an insured and/or traceable service. Your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, you will be reimbursed.You are responsible for shipping charges.

StimRx – 2 Year Warranty

StimRx is covered by a no hassle 2 year Warranty.  If your device fails for any reason during the course of normal use, we will replace it free. Our warranty does NOT cover abuse or water damage. For warranty service or questions email Support@flextoneusa.com.

Order status

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Once your order ships you will be sent a UPS tracking number so you can track your package. 

Back-Ordered Items

It is our goal to always maintain adequate inventory levels to satisfy demand for our products. However, in the event that your product is back-ordered, you will be notified at the time of your order. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. Some items may be shipped separately as they become available. If your order ships separately you will not be billed additional shipping and handling for this second shipment. Your credit card will not be charged for the back-ordered product or products until they have shipped.

What information do we collect?

It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work). Changes to our policy If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.
